Can't attend San Diego Comic-Con? Not to worry! Gentle Giant, Ltd. 2023-2024 Premier Guild Members who are staying home will be able to place their orders for San Diego Comic-Con Exclusive items during show week. Here’s the full schedule:

ALL BOOTH EXCLUSIVES - MONDAY, JULY 17TH - 9 AM PST/ 12 PM EST.

Master Members ONLY

ALL BOOTH EXCLUSIVES - WEDNESDAY, JULY 19TH - 9 AM PST/ 12 PM EST.

Master and Apprentice Members

SILVER SURFER ONLY - TUESDAY, JULY 25TH - 9 AM PST/ 12 PM EST.

If I buy a Premier Guild Membership today, will I be able to purchase the San Diego Comic-Con Exclusive?

All New Memberships purchased before Thursday, 07/13 will be processed immediately during business hours. All Memberships purchased on or after Wednesday, 07/19 will be processed the next business day. IF YOU HAVE NOT PURCHASED YOUR 2023-2024 PREMIER GUILD MEMBERSHIP, PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THURSDAY!

When will I be charged, and when will my order ship?

Our Star Wars: The Clone Wars™ - Pre Vizsla Mini Bust and Star Wars™ - R2-D2 (Droid Factory) Jumbo Figure are both in stock and ready to ship. Please allow our warehouse 3-5 business days to process and ship your order. Our Marvel - Silver Surfer (Chrome) Animated-Style Statue is available to pre-order at this time and will ship at a later date in Q3 2023.

What does the “Awaiting Shipping” status mean?

When the order has been sent to our warehouse, the status is changed to “Awaiting Shipping”; this is the last step before your order ships and we are no longer able to edit this order.

Can I pre-order exclusives for show pick-up?

We are not offering that service this year.
