Forget the fuss, our new dashboard is your one-stop shop for pre-order management! With a user-friendly interface, you can easily modify shipping addresses, payment information, or cancel your order. From the moment you place your pre-order to the day of delivery, you can track the status of your eagerly anticipated collectibles! In addition, our improved shipping calculations will give you real-time shipping costs based on UPS or USPS rates.

Order Questions

How do I place a pre-order?

When you are ready to add the product to your cart, you will be prompted to select a shipping method. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your selected method.

Only one pre-order item can be added to your cart at a time. Select "Proceed to Checkout" to continue on to the checkout page.

Why can I not add multiple pre-orders to my cart?

Unfortunately our system does not allow multiple pre-orders to be added to the same cart. This is due to items shipping at different times.

Why can I not mix in-stock items and pre-orders in one cart?

Unfortunately our system does not allow mixed carts. This is due to in-stock items shipping immediately and pre-order items shipping at later dates.

Can I apply coupons to my Pre-Order?

Yes! With our newest update, coupons can be added to your pre-orders. Apply the code on the checkout page as shown below.

Once you've placed your order, you can visit your account settings to view your order details.

Can I see my order details before my Pre-Order ships? How do I update my order?

With our new pre-order system, you can now manage your Pre-Orders on your account dashboard seen below! The "ACTIONS" dropdown menu will give you several options for you to view and/or update your order - Overview, Update Payment Information, Update Address, Cancel Pre-Order.

UPDATE PAYMENT

If your card has expired, was lost/stolen/replaced, or you would like to add a different card to your order, click on the item you wish to update and add your new payment method in the section demonstrated below. The last four digits of the previous card used will be shown as reference.

UPDATE ADDRESS

In your pre-order dashboard, you can now update your billing and shipping address.

CANCEL PAYMENT

If you'd like to cancel your pre-order, select "I want to cancel my Pre-Order" in the dropdown menu; then click "CANCEL PRE-ORDER". Your status may take up to 24 to 48 hours to update. If there is an error or your status has not updated in 1 to 2 days and you have not received a cancellation email, please reach out to our Customer Support Team at webcustomerservice@diamondselecttoys.com to confirm the cancellation.

What is the status of my order? What does my order status mean?

Your order will process within 3-5 business days. If you have placed an in-stock order and wish to cancel, please contact us here. If your item was scheduled for release at a later date, then it was a pre-order, and will not ship until the date indicated, or possibly later. Please visit the Ship Date Blog for the latest shipping update estimates.


Once you've logged in to your account you will be directed to the Orders tab, here you will see your most recent order. The Order status will be shown on the right as one of the following statuses:


Pending Pre-Order: We are waiting for this item to arrive from the Factory. In this status you have access to update your Payment Method/Billing Address and your Shipping Address Order.


Declined: The attempt to authorize your Payment failed, please review your Payment Method to ensure your Billing Information matches your Card Issuing Bank. If you need to update your payment method, please contact webcustomerservice@diamondselecttoys.com


Awaiting Fulfillment: Your Order is paid, and will be sent to our Warehouse team to be fulfilled within the next 2-4 hours. If you need to make any changes to your order, please click on Contact Us to reach out to our Customer Service.


Awaiting Shipping: Your order has been sent to our Warehouse Team. We are unable to make any changes to this order.


Shipped: Your order has shipped and the Tracking Number will be made available within the next 24-48 hours.

How do Pre-Order Payments work?

We currently only take credit card payments: Visa, Mastercard and Discover. To secure your order, we must authorize your Credit Card for $0.01 (per item) to create the Pre-Order (Authorizations usually drop within 5-7 business days.) Once the product becomes available, the Credit Card used to create the Pre-Order will be charged for the total of your Order including the Shipping and applicable Taxes (the estimated shipping and applicable taxes will be calculated at the time your Pre-Order is processed.)


Your card will not be charged until the order is ready to ship. Once the item has arrived in our warehouse, you will receive an email reminder before your card is charged. Your order will then be processed within 3-5 business days. If the card is expired, or declined, you will be asked to place a new order with your updated payment method.

How long will my Pre-Order take to ship?

A Pre-Order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been produced. The images that we provide are of the prototype which is a physical representation of the end product. All prototypes may vary slightly to the final production piece. Combined with manufacturing and shipping time, the creation process is one that takes a great amount of time as each item is checked before being hand painted by our manufacturing team. Some pre-orders may take 4-6 months to be fulfilled. We apologize, we do not off Repair Serivces.

What is your Return Policy?

Do you allow Drop Shipping?

We apologize, we do not allow drop shipping. Any account found to be participating in "drop shipping" will have their order cancelled and a written warning sent by Customer Service. Second instances of Drop Shipping after a formal warning may result in permenantly being blocked from purchasing from our store. Premier Guild

Can I use a coupon code when purchasing my Membership?

Unfortunately the use of Coupon Codes to purchase the Membership is prohibited.

Can I purchase other items at the same time as my Membership?

We ask that Customers DO NOT COMBINE items when purchasing any Membership.

Can I transfer my Premier Guild Membership to someone else?

Memberships are non-transferable, but if you have concerns, please click on Contact Us to reach out to our Customer Service.

I'm not interested in continuing my Premier Guild Membership. How do I cancel?

Membership dues are non-refundable, but if you have concerns, please click on Contact Us to reach out to our Customer Service.
